Shipping Policy

  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours. The web site does not reflect inventory on hand t the store, but rather inventory across all of Chrysler's depots.
  • Part diagrams may not accurately reflect actual vehicle.
  • When a vin number is entered the catalog lists all possible parts that could fit your vehicle.  Not parts that only fit your vehicle.  The vin filter takes out parts that fit other vehicles.  Example:  if you have a truck and a vin# is entered the catalog won't display minivan parts.
  • If same day shipping is selected and parts are not in stock, we will ship same day once part is received
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.  Backordered items will ship as soon as the order becomes available.
  • Parts that have been discontinued by Chrysler and are routed to the new old stock warehouse take an extra day to process
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 3-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Overnight/expedited for an additional cost. Orders will be shipped overnight/expedited after the store receives the parts.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • We are not responsible for delivery date changes due to the carrier. 
  • If a vin# is entered the catalog filters out parts for other vehicles (ex if a truck vin is entered, minivan parts are filtered out) catalog will list all possible parts that could fit.  Please call us if there is a question on the correct part.
